By purchasing this registration, I hereby release the S-O Community School District and camp personnel from claims on account of any injuries that may be sustained by my child while attending camp. I also certify that our/my child is medically fit to participate in this camp.
Dates and location of camp:
May 24th-25th, 2021, 11am to 12:30pm in the S-O High School Gym.
